Conveyancing Services  We provide a professional service for business customers which makes essential searches simple and comes supported by our advice and help line. Standard conveyancing searches are provided within five days of instruction, or we can offer a rapid response expedite service on request with a response within 24 hours. All search information is provided with full colour plans, and our Con29DW search is fully Home Information Pack compliant. We offer monthly accounts for our frequent customers who order via email. We will quite happily return posted search requests via email if this suits. We are very flexible and will strive to meet your search needs. Home Information Packs
The Con29DW (Water and Drainage search) must be included as part of a Home Information Pack (HIP).
Residential
Reports designed for the residential conveyancer to provide information based on the Con29DW (Law Society) report, as well as environmental and planning reports from Landmark Information Group for domestic properties.
Commercial
A range of reports for commercial transactions, covering drainage and water and detailed environmental reports from Landmark Information Group as well as Commercial Planning information reports.
Additional Products
We also offer fully certified copies of a Section 104 (Water Industry Act) agreements upon request and additional hard copies of our searches ordered.
