A Home Information Pack must contain a Drainage and Water Search.

Reports designed for the residential conveyancer to provide information based on the Con29DW (Law Society) report, as well as environmental and planning reports from Landmark Information Group for domestic properties.

A range of reports for commercial transactions, covering drainage and water and detailed environmental reports from Landmark Information Group as well as Commercial Planning information reports.

We also offer fully certified copies of a Section 104 (Water Industry Act) agreements upon request and additional hard copies of our searches ordered.
