On 2 December 2013 South West Water submitted its business plan for 2015-20 to the UK water industry regulator, Ofwat.

The Water Supply Licensing competition regime
South West Water's suppliers are a key element in our vision of supplying PureWater, PureService and a PureEnvironment to our customers throughout the south west.
