  • South West Water is in regular dialogue with Plymouth City Council on the issue of waste water treatment works' odours and many other relevant issues.
  • The company very much regrets any problems these odours may be causing and is working with the Council in order to minimise treatment works odours as quickly as possible.
  • We will continue to invest significant sums to minimise any odour problems in the future.
  • We would be most suprised if the ASBO legislation was ever intended to address issues such as this.
