Our Customer Promise

Metered bills

If you have a water meter, your bill will be issued to you within three months of the end of the period of which it covers (ie a bill for the period ending 28 June will be issued no later than 28 September).

If it is not and a number of bills for different periods are issued to you at the same time, we will reduce the amount you have to pay. The maximum amount by which charges may be reduced is 50%.
