Help with metered bills
Our payment plans let you pay more frequently.
People with water meters are sent bills every three months and the charges due are payable within 14 days.
If you want to pay more frequently, you can pay by regular fixed amounts using our Meter Payment Plan. Payments can be made monthly by Direct Debit or payment booklet, or weekly or fortnightly by booklet. Full details of how the Plan works are in our Water Meters Questions and Answer booklet which was sent to you when your meter was installed or when you moved into your house. *03 numbers are charged at standard rates and will be included in any free minutes in a mobile or landline phone contract.
