Charges explained

We issue annual bills for the total amount of charges due for the year ahead (April to the following March) . 

Payment is due in full on 1 April each year, but we provide a standard two instalment payment plan allowing you to pay half in April and half in October.

With a payment booklet you can pay at your bank or building society, by post or free of charge at a Post Office or Paypoint outlet.
