Payment plans


To help you manage your bill we offer a number of payment plans for both metered and unmetered customers

Un-metered Customers

We issue annual bills for the total amount of charges due for the year ahead (April to the following March) .

Payment is due in full on 1 April each year, but we provide a standard two instalment payment plan allowing you to pay half in April and half in October.

Metered Customers

If you have a water meter and want to pay more frequently, we have the following range of payment plans:

With a payment slip you can pay at your bank or building society, by post or free of charge at a Post Office or Paypoint outlet.

*03 numbers are charged at standard rates and will be included in any free minutes in a mobile or landline phone contract.
