1. Register of customer needs
When you return the registration form, your details will be entered onto our Priority Services Register. This register enables us to meet your needs on a daily basis, including during work on our water distribution network, whether this is emergency or planned work. Registration is free and is available to any member of a household, not just the bill payer(s). We operate a strict confidentiality code and your details can only be accessed by members of staff and contractors who need them to provide the support you require.

We offer large print bills, telephone bill readings, bills sent to a friend or relative and bills in Braille.
