Charter MarkSouth West Water was today presented with the Charter Mark award at a prestigious ceremony in London.
The award was presented to SWW's Human Resources Manager Roger Randall by the Rt. Hon. Ian McCartney, Minister of State at the Cabinet Office.  Charter Mark Charter Mark is the Government's award for excellence in public service - and a way of assessing the quality of an organisation's public service. The aim of Charter Mark is for customers to be put first through modern and innovative customer service. Mr Randall said today: "We are really proud to have earned Charter Mark recognition. We are putting an enormous amount of work into developing our customer focus right across the company.
