Unmetered bills Standard Plan Monthly Plan Weekly or Fortnightly Plans With a payment booklet you can pay at your bank or building society, by post or free of charge at a Post Office or PayPoint outlet. Metered bills Payments can be made quarterly or monthly by Direct Debit or weekly, fortnightly or monthly by booklet. Setting up a payment plan Please call our Accounts Helpline on 0800 169 1133 (Minicom 0800 169 9965) and we'll help you set up a Payment Plan. Help with meter bills for customers receiving benefits or Tax Credits You may be entitled to a lower bill if you pay metered water charges or the multi-occupancy Assessed Charge and receive one of the qualifying benefits or Tax Credits and: You have three or more children under the age of 19 and for whom you receive child benefit living with you; or Someone living in your home has an illness which requires them to use a significant amount of extra water (this person does not need to be in receipt of a qualifying benefit or Tax Credit themselves). Please don't ignore your bill. Call our Debt Helpline now on 0800 083 0283 (Minicom 0800 169 9965) We will need to discuss your personal circumstances with you to try and agree a payment plan that will help you to pay. If you are paying unmetered charges we will send you information on water metering so you can work out if you would pay less by switching to a meter. If you are already on a meter we will check whether you are entitled to a lower bill under our WaterSure Tariff and send you a water saving pack to help you reduce your water use and your bill. If appropriate, we will so discuss Water Direct with you – this is a scheme where you can have payment made to us directly from certain benefits. |
