'My Account' is an online service that lets you view and manage your South West Water account seven days a week.
Whether you're changing address or sending a meter reading, My Account will provide you with a quick, simple and secure way to let you manage your South West Water account online.
To register you will need:
|1.||The first eight digits of your customer number. This can be found in the top left-hand corner of your bill. |
|2.||For security purposes we will need your surname or company name and post code associated with this account exactly as it appears on your bill. |
|3.||A valid email address. This is the email we will use to communicate with you from now on. Any previously stored email addresses will be removed.|
