We understand that managing your water and energy bills can be a challenge.
Therefore we can offer a solution to support you with our WaterCare+ scheme, a free scheme we have set up to help customers pay their bills and save water and energy at the same time.
How WaterCare+ works
A WaterCare+representative will call you and talk you through your current bills and any benefits you receive to help work out whether there is anything extra you may be able to claim. You will be sent a summary and details of how else we can help.
We will then offer to arrange a home visit to complete a water audit, install water efficiency devices if appropriate and offer practical advice on both water and energy usage to reduce your bills.
The WaterCare+ scheme may involve more steps for some customers, such as an onward referral for energy efficiency grants sechemes such as the installation of loft and cavity wall insulation.
Customers are often referred to the WaterCare+ scheme by a debt advice agency, such as Citizens' Advice Bureaux, or their MP.
