Apprentice Joe Colton-Dyer welcomes you to the 22nd edition of Waterlevel
"Hello, I'm Joe - welcome to Waterlevel 2012.
You may remember last year's news that householders in the South West are to be given a £50 reduction in their water bills by the Government.
Have your say on water future
Now's the time to get involved and help us decide how we are going to improve your water and sewerage services in the decade ahead.
Tackling drought together
We are in a strong position this summer with no need for restrictions on water use in the South West. But we can't do it alone. It's a team effort - and every little helps when it comes to saving water.
Waterwise customer: Rose Flower
Metered customers use almost half as much as unmetered customers and now around 73 per cent of households in the South West are metered - saving a staggering 27 million litres every day. On average, customers switching to a water meter save around £450 a year.
Computer whizz: Glenis Pewsey
Keeping tabs on how much water we have and predicting how much we'll have in the future is a complex job.
We've always met our target on driving down leaks and this year's record is one of our best ever.
New reservoirs: Park and Stannon
Two converted china clay pits now supply Cornwall with hundreds of millions of litres of water.

We are changing the date on which we calculate how much your monthly instalments will be so that it coincides with the date on which your meter is read.
