Paid holiday leave

Our annual leave year begins 1 April each year and is calculated on length of service and job grade. You’ll receive a minimum of 23 days for a full year’s full time service plus the bank holidays, which is proportioned for part-time working.

Free Car Parking

We offer free car parking at the majority of our sites. Our head office in Exeter is close to several bus stops and a short walk from Digby Train Station. Bus and train services in Devon and Cornwall can be found here.

Investing in our Company

We offer employees the opportunity to buy shares in our Company at a discounted price of 20% through the Pennon Group Sharesave Scheme. If you choose to buy shares at the end of the 3, 5 or 7 year savings period, you’ll also have an opportunity to reinvest the dividends into our Share Incentive Plan.
