Paid holiday leave
Our annual leave year begins 1 April each year and is calculated on length of service and job grade. You’ll receive a minimum of 23 days for a full year’s full time service plus the bank holidays, which is proportioned for part-time working.
Free Car Parking
We offer free car parking at the majority of our sites. Our head office in Exeter is close to several bus stops and a short walk from Digby Train Station. Bus and train services in Devon and Cornwall can be found here.
Investing in our Company
Pennon Group plc currently offer two, all employee share schemes. The Sharesave Scheme gives the opportunity to purchase Pennon shares at a discount at the end of a 3 or 5 year savings contract and the Share Incentive Plan allows the purchase of Pennon shares through deductions from pre-tax pay into a 5-year Plan.
