Opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9am - 12pm. *03 numbers are charged at standard rates and will be included in any free minutes in a mobile or landline phone contract.
If the registration is due to symptoms, we’ll remove your the information from our records after one month, unless you tell us otherwise. If the registration is because a member of your household is in a high risk category, we’ll remove your information from our records following the government's advice.
