How do I pay for my new water connection?

You can pay by:

You’ll also need to let us know you’ve paid by emailing our sales ledger team with the following details:

  • Your name and address (company or individual of the bank account)
  • Your contact telephone number
  • Your reference number (your internal reference number, a supplier number for us, or a job number applicable to the work)
  • Date payment made
  • Date payment expected in our bank account (usually within 4-5 working days of payment date)
  • Our Work Request number
  • Payment amount
  • Comments - If part payment, please state which plots or any special instructions

Cheque – please make payable to South West Water
Please allow 10 working days for payment to clear

Write your Work Request number on the back and send to South West Water, PO Box 4762, Worthing, BN11 9NT. If part payment, please state which plots or description of what the payment covers.
