We will require a meter reading from you within two days of your moving in date. If you like, we could text you a reminder on the day you move in.

You can then easily provide us with your meter reading by replying to the text and including it in your reply.

New occupier details

We would appreciate any contact information you have regarding the new occupier of this property. For rental properties, please provide contact details of the letting agent or landlord.

New address for your final bill

Please provide details of your forwarding address, we will send your closing bill here if you currently receive paper bills

If your account is in credit, we will arrange for this to be refunded to you.

Payment slips: With a payment slip you can pay at your bank or building society, by post or free of charge at a Post Office or Paypoint outlet.

Once your move is completed we will send you the slips you have requested.

Standing order instruction: Once your move is completed  we will send you the appropriate paperwork to complete your standing order set-up.

You will need to return this to your bank or building society before the first payment is due.
