Susan visited our Exeter Laboratories, home to some of the most specialised scientific and analytical work that supports our operations and environmental programmes.
There, she spent time with Claire King, whose leadership and expertise have been instrumental in strengthening laboratory performance and delivering improvements throughout 2025.
Under Claire’s guidance, the Labs team has achieved important advancements in the work the teams do which is critical to our business, customers and the environment.
