South West Water is heading to Brixham to talk with customers and hear what matters most to them in their local area.

The water company has welcomed over 1,000 customers and residents within the region to its Customer Roadshows and will be hosting its latest event from 5pm-7pm at Brixham Laboratory on Tuesday 4 February.

The event will be laid out with a market-stall setup showcasing different stands dedicated to a range of topics including drinking water services, tackling network blockages and helping customers with their bills.

Customers from Brixham and Kingswear will get the chance to talk to South West Water experts about our investment plans, as part of the company’s wider investment of £3.2 billion across the entire South West region.

Dani Twelvetree, Head of Customer Communications & Engagement, said: “We really do care what our customers think about both our performance and investment plans. This is why we are continuing to travel around the South West region and talk to our customers in person.

“We are pleased to be heading back to the Brixham area with our customer roadshow so we can welcome more local residents who have questions to be answered, and those who just want to find out more about our work in the region.”

South West Water’s Customer Roadshow will take place from 5pm-7pm at Brixham Laboratory, Freshwater Quarry, Brixham TQ5 8BA on Tuesday 4 February.
