The charges tariffs will come into effect on 1 April 2026. Customers on a meter will see these new tariffs on their first bill after this date, customers paying unmetered charges will see this on their annual bill for 2026/27.

New bill values are now being displayed on the customers MyAccount.

Whilst there will be some adjustments to customer bills, we are committed to keeping increases as minimal as possible. We will continue to offer support programmes for those in financial difficulty and work on initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ultimately benefiting our customers. During the 2025-2030 period we plan to increase our package of financial support to over £200m and are doubling down on our commitment to eradicate water poverty by 2030.
