We are now commencing the project to replace the old iron mains in the Cotleigh and Stockland areas. This will result in an improvement in the water quality in your area and the resilience of the supply, reducing the number of interruptions due to bursts in the main.
The project will involve laying new mains and connections in the coming months, the new main will be laid across private land.
There will be a need for traffic management including road closures and traffic lights during the project. We are planning to ensure that the stages of the project involving this will take place outside of the summer months to limit the impact for local businesses, residents and those visiting the area.
The project is being carried out by our partners, Clancy. If you have any questions, you contact the Customer Liaison Officer, Jessica Veacock on 07851 256622 or our Customer Services Helpline on 0344 346 2020 between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please only call outside of these times if there is an emergency.
