Customer update – 25th February 2026
We would like to thank you for your ongoing patience and cooperation in Stithians. Our operational and engineering teams remain onsite, with CCTV surveys and preparatory steps for network upgrades beginning this week.
We’re continuing to tanker outside the village at Polhigey and this is helping to manage the flows of water in the network. We have cleared blockages that we have found to stop water backing up.
