Customer update – 10 June 2026
We are delighted to share that the works to the combined sewer and surface water pipework are now complete and operational at Hendra Road, and the road has fully reopened.
There are ongoing CCTV surveys, inflow and infiltration investigations at Carnkie, Penmarth, Golden Lion, Stithians and Ponsanooth.
We are also carrying out investigations, including CCTV surveys, in and around Foundry Hill, to understand opportunities for infiltration reduction and surface water separation. There is an over pumping setup downstream of that section of network, and this temporary solution is coping well with flows. A permanent engineering solution for the sewer downstream of Foundry has been developed and is due to begin in the coming weeks.
