How we can support
We can support you in fixing your leaky loo by arranging a free home water efficiency visit. These home water efficiency visits are carried out by our contractors, Aqualogic. While they are visiting your home to fix your leaking loo (if they can), they will also look at your water usage and make suggestions on how to use water more efficiently - to save water and to save you money (if you are on a metered supply).
To arrange a water efficiency visit, you will be asked to provide your contact details directly to Aqualogic through their booking form. Aqualogic will use this information to arrange and carry out your visit and may share details of the support they have provided with South West Water.
Aqualogic retains customer information for a set period of time (currently up to two years) to help manage any queries relating to a visit, after which it is securely deleted.
What to expect from a home water efficiency visit
Our contractors, Aqualogic will visit the property and discuss options on how to reduce your water usage. As part of the visit, they repair leaking loos free of charge where they can.
There is no requirement for our customers to sign up to any services to receive this offer of support.
Why are you offering these visits?
We’re working with Aqualogic to help customers reduce water use, save money (where they are on a metered supply), cut household leaks, and protect local water resources and environment.
